Offering coupons to our 6,000+ Members was not entirely our idea. Three other Bangkok businesses asked us to give discount coupons to our Members. We thought it was such a great idea that decided to invite more businesses who want our kinds of customers to join us.

Discounts or freebees to attract new customers are nothing new. Several bars, restaurants and websites offer discount cards that can be used over and over at the same businesses. Members usually have to pay to get these cards. Our program is free since there is no cost to join Club Sanook. That is why we undoubtedly have more Members than any of the card programs.

Do you have a business in Asia? Do you want to attract our Members? Adding a coupon to our program is easy. Just follow these steps:

3. Send us your coupon. We will publish a "thumbnail" version on our Member-only page and larger version. We can resize almost anything you send us. However, your original should be at least 600 pixels wide with a resolution of 72 px.

Guidelines

The purpose of this program is to introduce Club Sanook Members to your business. Your coupon should offer something attractive, like a discount or something free, like a free bottle of wine when two people dine, or your first drink free. If we do not think your offer is appealing enough, we probably will not publish it. Try to make your coupon colorful and attractive. Include any rules or restrictions. You coupon can and should have an expiration date.

Certain kinds of businesses are excluded from participating. Sorry, but we cannot include hotels since we have a separate program to offer reduced-cost hotel accommodations to our Members (please ask us for details). Since we do not want to endanger our license, we cannot promote massage businesses or saunas. We do not want to appear judgmental. However, tourism authorities do not want to appear to condone sex tourism. However, spas that offer a range of spa treatments and do not promote themselves as sex businesses are gladly accepted.

If you are a tailor, jeweler, antique store or "factory" please contact us for additional rules and restrictions.

You must agree to familiarize your staff with this coupon promotion. If we receive complaints that your offer is not being honored, this may result in your removal from the program. On the other hand, if any of our Members appear to be abusing coupon offers (like giving away copies of the coupon to every customer in your place), you have the right to refuse to accept coupons as long as you notify us immediately and explain the incident. If you can identify the Member we would be grateful to have that information.
