Additional Terms, Conditions, Rules and Restrictions

Club Sanook is a private travel club offered by Utopia Tours. Member Specials are available only to Club Sanook Members. A Membership Application is required. Members are required to keep their Member information current. Club Sanook may cancel a Membership at any time without reason or prior notification.

Established Utopia Tours Terms and Conditions published at www.purpledrag.com/uterms.htm apply to all Club Sanook Specials. The following additional rules apply:

1. Percentage discounts do not apply to hotel-only bookings, transfers, optional sightseeing or airfares, already-discounted packages or commissionable arrangements.

2. Discounts apply to a maximum of two people sharing one room.

3. Member Specials must be booked from the Club Sanook website. Arrangements booked through the Utopia Tours website are not eligible for a discount.

4. Discounts may not be applied retroactively once payment has been made.

5. Utopia Lifetime Member Discount requires proof of Membership. You must furnish your card number at the time reservations are made, and fax a copy of your card with payment.

6. Member specials, discounts, rules and restrictions may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice.

Utopia Tours and Club Sanook are travel brands of Door East Ltd. "Utopia" is the registered trade mark of Hisbiscus Tech and is used under license. Utopia tours is not owned or controlled by, nor does it own or control the website utopia-asia.com.
